Let the shenanigans begin. The Denham Springs Main Street St. Patrick’s Day Parade is rolling on Saturday, March 14 at 5:00 pm. The Route: Denham Springs High School → down Range Ave → ending at Veterans Blvd. Expect floats, beads, loud music, questionable Irish accents, and the proud Livingston Parish tradition of throwing vegetables into the crowd like a bunch of festive farmers. If you’ve never caught a cabbage in mid-air while someone in a shamrock hat yells “HAPPY ST. PATRICK’S DAY,” you simply haven’t lived. We can’t wait to see everyone out on Range Avenue.
