Join us for Pinching Tails for TARC at our 2026 Crawfish Cook-Off on Sunday, April 26. Cooking starts at 8:00am and Judging at Noon. The fun will be at Boopalus Grill and Bar 29669 LA-22, Springfield, LA 70462. For the general public, it is $20 for someone to attend the event. That's all you can eat crawfish. Children 10 & under are free. There will be prizes for Best Crawfish, Best Decorations and Peoples Choice.
